Glazed Salt Pig

Earthenware bottle green glaze dipped salt pig. Nozzle decorated using grey matt glaze for colour and texture aesthetic contrast.
Unique one-off piece; hand thrown using my studio potters wheel.
Packaged with a signed certificate of authenticity with description of the item.
Bisque fired at cone 08 (970°C) and once glazed, fired again at cone 02 (1100°C) in my gas fired kiln.
Stamped with the Invicta horse symbol to represent my Faversham, Kent pottery and with my initial ‘P’ for the maker and year stamp.
